Main duties of the job As a Bank Healthcare Assistant with Elysium Healthcare, you'll have the freedom to work the shifts you choose with no minimum hour commitment. You'll be part of a team providing care for individuals with eating disorders at Cotswold Spa in Worcestershire.

This role offers an hourly rate up to £13.11, with a 12.07% holiday allowance uplift, and benefits like free meals on duty and parking. The role involves a paid two-week induction and requires a positive attitude, compassion, and resilience. Shifts are available through an app for easy booking.

What you will be doing

You will join the team that works well together to provide care for people with Eating Disorder conditions. Whether you are currently a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker or Care Worker, you will utilise your experience to support people to lead a valued and fulfilled life.

The service operates 24/7 with 12.5 hour standard shifts.

As a Healthcare Assistant on our bank you’ll be on a zero hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose which shifts you want to work each week.

Where you will be working Location: Cotswold Spa, Station Road, Broadway, Worcestershire, WR12 7DE Cotswold Spa Hospital is a specialist eating disorder service located in Broadway, Worcestershire for young people aged between 13+ which offers both inpatient and day patient treatment programmes.

It is situated in the picturesque village of Broadway, Worcestershire, close to the Cotswold Way.

The service is for young people of all genders with an eating disorder, predominantly: Bulimia Nervosa Anorexia Nervosa Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder The units have been specifically designed with the adolescent and young adult in mind.

The interior design of the hospital is both contemporary and comfortable incorporating young people’s art.
