Main duties of the job Join Nightingale as a Bank Housekeeper and make a difference every day without providing direct care. Help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home that our residents love. As a Bank Housekeeper, you will be responsible for keeping communal areas safe, clean, and welcoming.
The role includes dusting, polishing, and vacuuming residents rooms to a high standard and working with the management team to maintain hygiene standards. You will also bring warmth and kindness to residents through small acts, smiles, chats, and a friendly presence.
The role offers £12.72 per hour, a refer a friend scheme, career development, and company pension scheme. You will be working day and weekend shifts as required, with a requirement of a positive attitude and pride in your work.
