Housekeeping and Hospitality Assistant

We are seeking a Housekeeping & Hospitality Assistant to join our team at Marine Hall, Fleetwood, within the Directorate of Transformation & Change. This role involves assisting with housekeeping, serving refreshments, working behind the bars, and setting up for events. The successful candidate will maintain a clean, safe, and healthy working environment while providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include preparing rooms, ensuring safe use and storage of equipment, keeping public areas tidy, handling cash securely, and maintaining licensing laws. The role requires good interpersonal skills, teamwork, knowledge of cleaning appliances, and excellent customer service. Experience in general cleaning, bar or catering, and handling cash is essential. Additional requirements include reliability, flexibility, and physical capability for light manual work.
