Having established strong foundations, we’re now entering an exciting new phase focused on financial resilience, transformation, innovation, strong governance and delivering excellent services for our residents, communities and businesses.

We’re seeking an exceptional Executive Director of Resources to join our leadership team and help shape the next chapter of our journey.

This is a pivotal role with influence across the entire organisation. Leading a broad portfolio including finance, Revenues and Benefits, legal, human resources, customer services, digital, governance, pensions, audit, regulatory services and transformation, you will drive organisational improvement, further strengthen financial resilience and ensure we’re equipped to meet the opportunities and challenges ahead.

Someone who is energised by a challenge and can balance innovation with governance, foster high-performing teams and create the conditions for colleagues and services to thrive.
