We’re pleased to be recruiting for a Repayments Officer to join SLC on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with detail, supporting customers, and making a positive impact through their work.
Job description
As a competent and knowledgeable Repayments Officer, you will manage repayment customer queries within your multi-skilled role, owning customer contact via multiple channels. A Repayments Officer will provide customer services across the SLC range of products and debt categories in line with agreed quality and productivity expectations. You will be able to work across various types of work and be dynamically deployed across different work types regularly.
Person specification
- Computer literate with the ability to work across multiple programmes (Office 365, databases etc).
- Understand and interpret a wide range of information to inform, advise and aid decision making.
- Ability and enthusiasm to learn and develop own skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail to achieve high standards of work in line with personal goals and those of the business.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
