What you will be doing

The Business Team provides support across the regional teams’ work and takes a proactive role in service delivery through managing the delivery of our services and dealing directly with our customers. 

As part of this team, you will assist colleagues in Midlands Listing Team thorough co-ordinating and administering listing casework, and contribute to the delivery of a listing service in the region to achieve corporate and group priorities. You will support the Local Leadership team in responding to external and internal requests for information and briefings. 

  • This will be achieved by: 
  • Implementing the designation system through casework to nationally agreed principles of selection and procedures. 
  • Ensuring that all listing casework is delivered efficiently, transparently and accountably. 
  • Explaining the listing process, and any changes to it, to owners and other stakeholders. 
  • Explaining Enhanced Advisory Services (EAS) to customers 
  • Who we are looking for
  • Previous experience of working in a team environment
  • Experience of working directly with members of the public
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative
