Following delivery of the transformation activities, you will lead a team within the department, focused on our regulatory role in education and training.

Your responsibilities will include:

Working collaboratively with internal colleagues to deliver project objectives and department priorities.

Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and leading the implementation of innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with education providers and other key stakeholders across the sector.

Communicating change initiatives effectively and ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead and promote HCPC’s education and regulatory work, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including UK-wide education providers, and delivering effective communication, engagement activities and committee support to raise the profile of education and regulatory process.

Manage and develop the education function including a team, while motivating and developing an operational team to achieve organisation objectives and regulatory requirements.
