The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out and documenting NEWS2 observations, monitoring patient conditions, escalating concerns appropriately, and providing high-quality patient care within a fast-paced clinical environment.

Previous HCA experience within an urgent care, acute, community, or primary care setting. Competent in performing and recording NEWS2 observations. Competent in scoring paediatric patients according to POPS and escalate appropriately.
Competent in recording respiratory rates in young children and babies. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work flexibly across shifts and respond to changing service demands.

Package Description As a Bank Healthcare Assistant, youll be working as part of the HCRG Care Group Team in our Urgent Treatment service. As well as the attractive hourly rates of pay , at HCRG Care Group you will benefit from: £13.64 an hour Self-booking and access to all bank shifts!
