Job summary

This post is a fixed term/secondment for 6 months until 31st March 2027 due to secondment cover. We're looking for an enthusiastic communications and engagement assistant to join the Communications and Engagement Team until 31 March 2027. This is a key role supporting the team tocommunicate, engage, and connect with our people, our partners, and the wider health and care system.

You will have strong admin skills and will have the opportunity to gain skills and experience in social media, website and administration. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Main duties of the job As a communications and engagement assistant you will provide administration support as part of the Communications and Engagement Team. You'll support the maintenance of HEIW's website,intranetand social media platforms and support the management of HEIW'sbranded materials and event administration.
