A minimum of 12 months on your right to work, Experience in a professional kitchen and an understanding of kitchen operations, Knowledge of the IDDSI framework or experience supporting complex dietary requirements (desirable), Available to work day shifts and alternate weekends.

Main duties of the job As a Cook at Agincare Homes Holdings in Cordelia care home, Fareham, you will work to create delicious meals that meet individual dietary needs, curate themed dining experiences, or serve a favourite dish that reminds someone of home.

You will be responsible for creating daily menus, supporting the organisation and smooth running of the kitchen, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation at all times.

The position offers a starting wage of £13.30 per hour, a refer a friend scheme that allows you to earn up to £1000, no evening shifts, and every other weekend off. Agincare also offers fully funded training up to QCF level 5, a Blue Light discount package, a company pension scheme, and on-demand pay.

Person Specification
