We're looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a premium, customer-focused operation in Newcastle.

What You'll Be Doing
As the senior leader on site, you'll take full ownership of the day-to-day operation, leading from the front and setting the standard for service.
You'll be a visible presence, supporting your team, engaging with residents, solving problems and ensuring every interaction delivers an exceptional experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching and developing a customer-focused team
- Delivering an outstanding resident experience
- Driving operational excellence and maintaining exceptional standards throughout the building
- Managing day-to-day performance, compliance and Health & Safety
- Creating a positive, engaging culture where people thrive
- Building a vibrant community through resident engagement and events
- Taking ownership of operational performance, budgets and service delivery
