Key Requirements

- Proven experience working on generators and welfare cabins/units
- Experience diagnosing and repairing Webasto heating systems
- Knowledge of solar systems and Victron charging systems
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- Professional attitude when working on customer sites
MPBA certification is advantageous but not essential.
About the Role
D&S Plant Services are looking for an experienced and motivated Engineer to join our growing team.
We specialise in the repair, servicing, and refurbishment of generators, welfare cabins, and off-grid power systems across the UK. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a reliable and skilled engineer who takes pride in their work and can confidently represent the business both in the workshop and on customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Servicing, maintenance, and fault finding on generators
- Repairs and refurbishment of welfare cabins and welfare units
- Diagnosing and repairing Webasto heating systems
- Installation and fault finding on solar power systems
- Installation and diagnostics of Victron charging systems
- Carrying out general electrical and mechanical repairs
- Working both on-site and within the workshop environment
- Maintaining high standards of safety, workmanship, and customer service
